Our company feels that it is the Industry's best interest to initiate renegotiations with AusRegistry to extend contractual arrangements for the selection/appointment of Registry Services post 2014. We additionally would like to propose that the term is for the full 4-year extension. Our position is based on our experience to date with AusRegistry. As an internationally positioned Registrar, the service and support standards established and delivered by AusRegistry are of the highest standard available in the global domain name industry. This excellent service delivery environment we enjoy allows us to best manage our own business, and in turn it helps us deliver reliable and dependable service to our own end user customers too. End users are important stakeholders dependent upon reliable domain name services for their businesses and their general Internet experience. I thank you for this opportunity to respond and contribute to this important industry review. Yours Sincerely, Neha Naik Sr. Strategic Partner Manager Registrar Solutions Group Directi
