My thoughts or the proposal are:

1.. Removing 2LD places further stress on a shrinking number of available domain names. 

2.. If it went ahead, I would have to buy and maintain the name morrellscomputerservices.au,
to keep it out of the market, as well as morrellscomputerservices.com.au. 

3.. If it went ahead it could create confusion about the purpose or intention of the domain 
name if that name were for example FORD or Morrell. 

4.. Why reduce the number 2LD in Australia when to me it would make far more sense to force 
those with .com to add .us or whatever to properly identify where they are. 

5.. If we are running out of IP addresses as I heard some time ago, would it not be better to 
retain the status quo for Australia?
